I've met with the DJ... What Next? |

1. If you decide you would like to book,
call or email Phil Tucker IMMEDIATELY (since
we work on first come, first serve basis).
We should have most of your information
already, but may need some addition details. |

|
2. After we receive this information, we
will send you your agreement (if you don't
already have it). At this point the date is
being held for you. |
| |
|
3. Sign, and return the agreement along with
the 25% retainer fee. |
| |
|
4. As soon as we receive your contract and
retainer, we will send you a receipt for the
retainer, acknowledging that the date is
officially yours. |
| |
|
5. AT LEAST 60 days prior to your event, the
balance is due. You can pay by: check, money
order or credit card. |
| |
|
6. AT LEAST 30 days prior to your event, you
should start working on your song list and
reception outline. If you need help or
suggestions, please visit our
Reception Music or contact us. |
| |
|
7. After submitting your song list and
reception outline, it is a good idea to
contact us directly. At this point, you can
either set up another consultation to
discuss the finial details or communicate
via phone/email. |

|
8. The BIG day is here! AT this point, leave
it up to the professionals. We will arrive
AT LEAST one hour early to set up and change
into our suit. As soon as your guest arrive,
we will start the music. |
